Chemical Name: WX ethylene polymerization catalyst
WX ethylene polymerization catalyst is a high efficient carrier type Ziegler-Natta catalyst of titanium series, suitable for HDPE units with slurry method. It is used in manufacturing various types of HDPE, especially PE80 and PE100. Its overall performance has reached a higher level.
Main features
1. Higher catalytic activity: ≥45,000g PE/g. Cat, over 20% higher than existing technologies.
2. Longer kinetics life: after two hours, its catalytic activity is 10% higher than existing technologies.
3. Higher sensitivity to hydrogen: 30% stronger than existing technologies.
4. Excellent copolymerization properties (WX copolymerization property is 50% stronger than existing technologies), less oligomer produced (existing technologies produce oligomer 6 times that of our WX catalyst).
5. Stronger anti-static property: volume resistivity of polyethylene prepared with WX polyethylene catalyst is 2 x1014Ω.m.
6. Application of WX polyethylene catalyst to industrial unit can increase its load and output.
